In order to help you quickly, real time efficiency statistics are displayed on large flat screen monitors at each technician’s workstation.We deliver IT helpdesk support to the end users quickly via email, chat or phone. Help desk tickets are monitored from the moment you send us a request to the successful close of the ticket. We keep exact statistics on how long it takes to respond and resolve your IT service request. And, for quality assurance, we give a follow up phone call at the close of each ticket to make certain you are satisfied.
